Billing questions
How does billing work?
Shopify bills you for ReachMe on your regular Shopify invoice. There's no card to enter in the app.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from the Plans page in the app. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. There's no contract or cancellation fee.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Your call and WhatsApp buttons keep working in the Free layout. The chat popup, badge, animations, page targeting and Analytics pause. Your Pro settings are saved and come back when you upgrade.
Where can I find my invoices?
In your Shopify admin under Settings › Billing.
